Superquinn first supermarket to install SaniPost hand sanitising units
Superquinn, the popular Irish supermarket chain, has installed SaniPost hand sanitising units to keep both its staff and shoppers hands clean and germ free.
The units have been installed in a range of Superquinn locations, including Dublin, County Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, County Tipperary, Waterford, Limerick and County Wicklow. SaniPost is becoming a regular feature for shoppers in Ireland after being installed earlier this year at a range of Ireland's shopping centres, including Pavilions, Blanchardstown, Athlone Town Centre, Dundrum, Ilac and Jervis.
Judith Farren, Head of Procurement at Superquinn said "With the recent Swine Flu pandemic obviously shoppers are now far more conscious of the importance of hand sanitising, so we're happy to be rolling out these SaniPost units to all of our stores to make it easier for our shoppers to do so, and give them greater peace of mind."
The unmissable SaniPost units offer convenient access to disabled people and children. Users simply place hands into the SaniPost unit, which contains a sensor operated device and the unit dispenses the hand-cleaning foam which is alcohol and scent free, using natural ingredients and moisturisers making it safe for all the family, including children.
